回複：NIW 140批了，但是pd是新的，沒有apply以前公司辦PERM的pd

公司以前給辦了EB2，PERM。後來擔心公司不穩定，就找律師自己辦了NIW。NIW 140終於批了，但是上麵顯示的PD是新的，不是以前PERM的那個PD。

是正常的？還是律師的失誤呢？

-It may not be the lawyer's fault and USCIS sometimes forget to put your information together (it is not uncommon).

需要做什麽來reclaim pd嗎？

- You or your lawyer need to write a letter to ask USCIS to correct it. Provide the copies of the old I-140 approval notice and new I-140 approval notice. 


還是隻有等到到時候file 485的時候有extra step？
