請教老師，綠卡持有（非公民）給國內配偶申請綠卡，需要排期多久？
-Same as in US. Normally about 2 to 3 years,  but sometimes it is quick and it has no 排期 in next month.

期間，配偶可否來美國？

B2簽證嗎？
-It is very difficult to getB1/B2 if you file I-130 due to immigration intent.

之前來過，是H4簽證（本人H1B時）
如果配偶以B2（或其他簽證）來美後，再給其申請綠卡，是否可以一直合法呆在美國呢？時間上是否比在國內給其申請綠卡會短？
-The problem is that she has to have the legal status to file I-485 unless you are a US citizen. So, she needs to keep her status until the 排期 is current.
