10.  Copy of H1B approval and extension petition I-129 receipt notices;

11.  Original of Application for Employment Document (I-765);

12.  Original of Application for Advance Parole (I-131);

13.  4 identical color photographs (2 for I-131 and 2 for I-765);

14.  2 Passport identity page (1 for I-131 and 1 for I-765);

15.  Copy of H1B approval and extension petition (I-129) receipt notices;

16.  Copy of both sides of Sponsor’s Permanent Resident Card (Form I-551);

17.  Copy of Notarized Marriage Certificate (original and translation);

18.  Sponsor’s pay stubs for previous 6 months;

19.  Applicant’s pay stubs for previous 6 months;

20.  Applicant’s Verification of Employment;

21.  Copy of tax returns of last 3 years and every Form W-2 and Form 1099;
