Then, your H-1 approval will have no I-94. Also, you have been out of status for > 180 days. Thus, you are not qualified to file I-485 at this time. You should have used premium processing to get the result when you filed the H-1 extension.  it is possible you may be subjected to 3 year bar if you leave US. Discuss your issue with an experience lawyer as soon as possible.
