繼續請問8老師，皮老師，我申請綠卡時帶上我孩子的21歲年齡限製是以I-485遞交日期算還是以排期到的時間算？

我現在準備通過EB2的NIW申請綠卡，現在排期到2008年5月，有5年的排期。我孩子今年17歲，如果以排期到的時間算的話。到時我孩子都超過了21歲。如果以遞交I-485申請日期算的話，我孩子還能趕上。請問兩位老師，是以哪個時間點計算？謝謝！！！

-Child's CSPA age = the child's actual age when the priority date is current - your I-140 pending time. If the CSPA age is less than 21, then your child can file I-485 together with your I-485 filing or after you file your I-485. When your child file I-485, his/her I-485 is safe (the age will not affect the I-485 anymore). So, the longer your I-140 pending, the better for your child's  to file I-485.

8老師，非常感謝您的回答。我還有點不是很清楚，我I-140批下來後就可以給我孩子file I-485嗎？是不是要等到排期到才能file I-485？這個priority date（排期）是從什麽開始算？根據您回答的內容，隻要開始我的priority date的時候，我孩子小於21歲就可以嗎？非常感謝
