六年前給姐姐一家申請了親屬移民，現在想申請旅遊簽證，讓他們先到美國來玩玩看看，不知有沒有可能。現在國內是先交簽證費，拒簽了也不退，如果從沒有成功的案例，就不必浪費那幾千元的簽證費了。
