回複：485排期疑問，高手指點!

我申請的是EB1B，先等140過了，再交的485。 移民局寄過來的485 receipt letter上寫得看不懂，特地來請教大家。

先解釋一下，我09年申請過NIW，140過了。

這次485 receipt letter上的received date 和notice date 都是當前的。不過它寫了一個priority date 是09年，就是我NIW 的receipt date. 旁邊的preference classification 寫著employment based 2^nd.  

這意味著什麽呢？是不是說移民局把我的485申請劃到2類申請裏麵去了？

-MOst likely USCIS combines both of your I-485s together for consideration, and this normally delay your I-485 approval. YOu should have requested the I-485 relink instead of filing a new I-485. But you should be fine, anyway. You may contact USCIS for your I-485 status.

 

我的485交上去已經有2個月了，到現在還沒有收到打指紋的通知，很不正常啊。

-Yes. Still normal, sometimes.

 

網上很多其他的人都說1到2個星期都收到通知了。

-This is exception cases.

 

我的工卡倒是來了，可是又用不上。

也許移民局保留了我以前的指紋信息? 我08年申請過一次EB1A，悲劇了。當時打過指紋。是不是移民局保留了我的指紋，所以這次就不用了? 或者說我還是得重新打一次指紋

-YOu will be required to do the biometrics for the new I-485.
