it could be due to several possibilities:

1. Ovulation happens between 2 test strips, so none of them show positive result.

2. Test strips are expired.

3. You havn't ovulate yet. It could happen on 19th to 21st day..

4. You don't ovulate this month. It could happen that you don't ovulate every month.
