我以前有個同事用公司的付費軟件開發自己的小東西， 被確認和當場開除

但他不許公司說出去

如果說出去就是誹謗

他說他就會要打官司

公司也沒說

很快他找到下家

公司沒說他被開除

更沒說為啥被開除

沒有影響他
