House you must buy another one in local . Actually you still have to pay more which means you won't make money. Unless you sale your house then move to another city where the houses are cheaper in average level. 
meanwhile when you save money for purchase your first house that might be 10 years , in 10 years you will live in a rental apartment with a low quality life.
