美國國會議員已經起草法案要將中國共產黨定為跨境有組織犯罪組織，已提交國會

此提案由賓西法尼亞州的共和黨眾議員Scott Perry發起，同時參與提案的還有田納西州共和黨眾議員Tim Burchett和同一個州的共和黨眾議員Scott DesJarlais。這項議案的最新情況，信息來自國會的官方網站，10月1日已經提交到了國會司法委員會。

這裏引用有關這個提案的內容。“As of 10/04/2020 text has not been received for H.R.8491 - To designate the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) as a transnational organized crime group.

Bills are generally sent to the Library of Congress from GPO, the Government Publishing Office, a day or two after they are introduced on the floor of the House or Senate. Delays can occur when there are a large number of bills to prepare or when a very large bill has to be printed.”
