ProTips - AA these days are crazy dynamic pricing, hardly release Saaver 57.5K cost on its own flights between EU and US. However you can see these Saaver seats on AS, same 57.5K that is NOT showing up on AA itself. Of course you pay AS $12.50 per ticket to book AA flights. If you add a partner flight to the AA long haul flight, for example, flying from ZRH to LHR on BA, then LHR-LAX on AA, the miles dropped to 57.5K as it becomes a Partner award! So find a BA segment or IB segment if you need to fly across the pond using AA miles. Using an AS segment to connect to an AA long haul TATL flight also would drop the mile cost to 57.5K. Though it is hardly to find AS segment at savver because AS is very stingy in release saaver on its own metal as well.
