“I think he was a great historic leader and great historic criminal, both parts. And I think the reason I say criminal is that he arrogated to himself the right to conduct these enormous social experiments that evolved upturning the lives of hundreds of millions of people, when he himself did not know what the outcome was gonna be. He thought it was okey for him to experiment like that. And that I think was criminal because it created famines, in which tens of millions died, and it created the Cultural Revolution, in which nobody knows how many died, and usually when he took off, it ended in disaster, and he kept trying.”
