進了醫學院後，卷的更厲害。

特別是想進熱門專科如：神外，皮膚，骨科等。

醫學院學生也開始流行gap (research gap year),

以增加進入熱門專科的可能性。

熱門專科大概有1/3 的申請者take a gap year.
