to be faithful in him.  I believe in his ability to learn to become effective when the ball isn't in his hands. As he is certainly a good P&R player, I have problems with him not moving decisively, not setting the screens for others.  Screens are not always set by the bigs.  OKC Jeremy Lamb works very often with KD and every elite offensive player we have seen works hard to help the team score!  Move, always move to make defense hard to find opportunities to run the offense.  If he can develop his offensive game without the ball, I wouldn't agree to sacrifice offense to improve his defense.
