謝謝， it makes sense. My previous salary is only a little bit higher than the high end of the junior level. So hopefully they will let me keep it. Besides, this position is not bonus eligible. They'll save some money there anyway.

隻是萬一他們要給pay cut, 我不知道如何說。我可以說自己的經驗，不過他們完全可以argue說薪水是根據職位而不是經驗來的. 而且後麵一堆其他candidates等著，我沒太多的bargain power :(
