為什麽在A公司網頁遞了簡曆，申請了幾個職位之後，收到雇主的Sr. Consultant從求職網站email地址來的的email（附有電話和公司email）。

雇主的Sr. Consultant來了email說We are very interested in your background and would like to initiate contact with you. Please forward your resume, in confidence.

之前也有recruiter為這個公司給我打過電話。不過之後沒消息了。不知道這個email 是follow up 還是不是？

我是不是應該讓他把job discription 寄來再針對性地給簡曆？
