You are so mean, I got laid off last week, and got a manager offer with a worldwide big name company this week already, another director interview scheduled with another worldwide big name company. In my old company, I was E rate employee every year, very very outstanding performance with great professional reputation in the industry, I even involved with government's review to revise the regulation for the industry, my salary with my old company was lowest, compared with other coworkers at similar level, I was not even manager, the reason they laid off me was to reduce cost. Other companies' comments on my lay off are " that is suicide" , "a signal of real bad management", "their loss!!!" "Insane" , when the head of US operation heard my lay off, he yelled to my VP in my old company.

You need to try to understand and respect other people first before you go further, you have so mean comments on so many coworkers in the office, that is not good!
