These days, you can find cookie-cutter answers to any and all typical interview questions by simplying typing the question in a Google search.  But no answer is perfect unlesss it gunuinely relates to your specific situation, thus providing support to you as a job candidate for the position at issue.

Hence, the best advice I can offer is: Be yourself, be real, and be authetic.
