請問大家：在IT麵試的時候，

請問大家：在IT麵試的時候，都得對所有問題（事無巨細）回答的都滴水不漏，才有可能拿到offer嗎？

麵了幾家，自己感覺不錯，可是等等就沒了下文，象這種情況，自己連怎麽從中吸取教訓，都不知從哪裏下手，

如果老是這樣可怎麽好呢？ 

有什麽對策，請不吝賜教, 提前多謝!
