我當年也從銀行因為和你同樣的原因跳到公司。麵試時被問和你同樣問題，我是這樣答的：
我喜歡我工作的銀行，喜歡我的老板，跟他學到了很多東西。我熱愛我的團隊，喜愛團隊中每一個人。唯一的讓我想離開的原因是我的工作時間，是12點到9點。我有小孩，我希望能有時間看到我的小孩。

我拿到了那份工作。my 2 cents: you got to be sincere with your leaving reason, but you can not disclose the real reason (pressure). And you should compliment your manager your team indicating you get along well with the manager and team.希望能對你有幫助
