I can't imagine a person with that type of mentality can be put in a position with great responsibilities, so what she says about you probably doesn't matter much. You may still have a good chance to get the job. If you do get it, I think you might want to mention the conversation to your higherups or HR after you get settled. The goal is not to have her fired, rather, to make sure she is not involved in any hiring activity in the future.

But if you don't get the job, I think you should talk to a EEOC lawyer about it before making any moves.
