灣曲碼工是不是base salary 15萬就到頂了？

10+ yr exp 灣曲碼工, 搞high tech, 是不是base salary 15萬就到頂了？注意，我說的是base salary, 什麽stock,bouns 之類的不算。 最近想換工作，沒有公司願意開 >15萬的, 獵頭最多也隻能開15萬。很失望，沒想到才30幾歲就碰到天花板了。 是不是搞技術的，想超過15萬就得往上爬？當manager管人？
