請問老土：有關exit interview等事宜

提出辭呈後，人事第二天發來郵件要約exit interview的時間，並附了exit questionnaire要在麵談前填好發給人事。我的問題是這個辭職調查表是否會給小老板看？ 人事說調查表不會給任何人看的，但誰能相信呢？

我一同事說不會，另一個說會的。我想問一下，你有沒有看到過你的下屬辭職填寫的exit interview 調查表？
