The 2nd and 3rd questions are related to your own strengths. It depends on the position you are applying: technically strong, people person, excellent work ethic, trustworthy, good communication skills, leadership skills, pay details but still can see the big picture? It all depends on you and the job.  Check the job description to see what they are looking for.
