俺老了也去申請政府資助的廉價老人公寓。

很多不是政府擁有的。

但政府資助。

發展商跟政府簽合約。

政府出地。

發展商出資負責建。

用來當老人公寓若幹年。

用市價打一個很大的折扣租給老人住。

若幹年後這房產和地都屬於發展商了。

地點非常好。

設備也完善。

住裏麵政府每周還給一兩天的看護。

幫忙搞衛生和買菜煮飯。

唯一不好就是老氣橫秋的。

不過那會自己也老羅。

別人不嫌棄就不錯了。
