你到底要去意大利北部的什麽地方？ 如果是湖區，離意大利北部近東海岸的洪水泛濫區比較遠。

Floods are East of Bologna, quite near the coast.  I have a feeling you are not visiting that part of Northern Italy as it is not an area attracts foreign tourists.
