在131表格的Checklist中提到了‘ A copy of a USCIS receipt as evidence that you filed Form I-485, if you are applying for adjustment of status; ’ 這個是什麽意思？因為我的485和131表是一起提交的，我怎麽會有USCIS的receipt呢？
