請教8老師：
我本人是綠卡持有人，去年給太太及當時13歲的小孩提交了I-130，有收到收據（收據上的收據日期與優先日期均是04/20/2023），但是一直沒有收到I-797C，今年7月，太太與小孩已入境美國，我準備提交I-485，現有以下幾個問題，我還不是太明白，
1.沒有收到I-797C，我是否可以提交I-485？
2.我看到當前8月排期表B上F2A是06/15/2024，那我I-130收據上的優先日期是04/20/2023，是否意味著我可以提交I-485？還是說必須要基於I-797C上的優先日期？
-Thhe priority date is the date USCIS reeceived your I-130 application which is shown in your I-130 Receipt Notice. So, if your priority date is current, your kid can file I-485 if your kid has a legal status in US such as B2. Based on USCIS I-485 filing chart, your kid can file I-485 in August based on B Form if he/she is physically present in US now with a legal status and meet the 90-day rule.
3.I-130提交了一年多了，還沒有收到I-797C，也沒有要求補充文件，也沒有拒絕，這正常嗎？
-Yes.
4.網上說家人入境後要90天後再提交I-485，但是谘詢了當地的白人律師，他說30天後就可以提交了？
-The lawyer proabbly is based on the old 30/60-day rule to make this suggestions. But USCIS has replaced this 30/60-day rule rule with a new 90-day rule for all applicants in 2017. So, your kid had beter follow the 90-day rule t0 file I-485, i.e., wait for 90 days from the date he/she entered US using B2 visa and then, file I-485.

5.當地有白人律師（收費很貴）和社區律師，我研究了很多案例，基本清楚需要準備與提交哪些材料，我想自行提交，或請社區律師提交，但是又擔心還有什麽未知項，有什麽好建議？
-Not need a lawyer. It is simple procedure.
6.由於我本人在美收入低，因此可能需要共同擔保人，但是我是否可以提供太太在國內的存款單或房產證明？
-Is your spouse a Green card holder or US citizen. If yes, then she may use her assets in China for I-864 as long as these assests can be convertiable to cash within 12 months and the assets can be removed from China (i.e., she can bring the cash from the asset conversion out of China based on the Chinese law).
