“subject to the public charge ground of inadmissibility”的意思是，你的類型是需要判斷你是否inadmissible的。不等於你是inadmissible。幾乎所有移民類型，包括親屬移民類型、職業移民類型、投資移民類型、等，都是subject to the public charge ground of inadmissibility的。隻有個別的特殊類型，譬如難民或庇護申請綠卡，是不subject to the public charge ground of inadmissibility的。看https://www.uscis.gov/policy-manual/volume-8-part-g-chapter-3#S-B
