Planning to file 130, 485, 864 and 131 all concurrently, for my Dad's GC application:
Q1: Is medical exam and the completed I-693 form *REQUIRED* to be included in the whole package, or can I filed hte above package FIRST, and then later do med exam and submit I-693?
-Either is fine, but had better provide it with the I-485 filing. If no, USCIS will send you RFE for the I-693 later, thrn you can provide it at that time, which may delay the I-485 approval.
Q2: If I incude ALL stuff in my package, do I write separate checks (for I-130, and I-485), OR just one check with all appl fees included?
-Need to issue two checks, one for I-130 filing fee and another for I-485 fling fee including the biometrics fee.
