我父母6月底申請移民簽證已經獲得批準，我也上網交了錢。但是我看很多航空網站上都寫，中國大陸來的（除了一些例外）不能入境美國。我父母現在隻有I-551的immigrant visa，還沒有獲得正式的綠卡。他們能否入境呢？
-I don't see any ban for Chinese citizens to enter US using the immigrant visa currently.
不知道最近有沒有其他類似的入境案例。
另外，他們的通知書上寫會有一個簽證包裹，不能打開，要交給海關，但是他們收到護照回郵時並沒有收到任何的簽證包裹，
這是不是因為現在是無紙化的原因？
-No. The US Consulate may mail it to your parents separately. If they still do not get it in a couple of weeks later, you had better contact the US Consulate in Guangzhou. After your parents receive ths packet, tell them do not open ithe packet! Otherwise, they will be in big trouble to enter US.
