1. 侄女一定需要回國麵試才能拿到綠卡嗎？

-Not have to.

若不回國，如何操作?

-After her father enters US using the immigrant visa, then she can file I-485 within US to get the  green card.

2. 侄女若回國麵試， 要拿到綠卡， 是不是一定要和她父親一起來美國才能拿到綠卡？

-Yes. She must enter US together with her father or after her father enters US.

侄女的綠卡申請是付在她父親我哥哥上的。
