請教：  2007年我幫姐姐一家申請移民，2019年底收到NVC來信，case和invoice號都有。DS260已在網上提交，其他必須的公證材料正陸續辦理。按要求，所有文件備齊後應該去廣州申請移民簽證。請問從收到NVC的通知，必須在多長時間內去申請移民簽證呢？多謝了！
