美國境內轉身分，收到NVC的信，該怎麽辦？

本人大學畢業 opt中，母親之前幫忙申請親屬移民，本來準備在美國這轉身份，但最近收到NVC來信，case和invoice號都有，網上有說不用管的，也有說要找律師把材料轉回移民局的，我該怎麽辦呢？必須要回國嗎
