我申請I-140 EB2降級EB3， 同時遞交I485. 我老公現在是F1，作為付申請人遞交了I485。我想問問，他遞交I485後可以申請OPT嗎?

-Technically, no due to immgrant intent, but it does not hurt to try it.

萬一I485被拒，他還有其他方法保持身份嗎？-May try to change his status to H-4 if your status is H-1.
