我爸爸給我哥哥申請了綠卡，現在準備864。爸爸沒有收入，我去年收入不夠擔保，今年的可以。我的理解是我需要公司出我的收入證明和工資單。但是過去三年Tax returns和W2都收入不夠。如果我老公擔保的話收入足夠。

請問誰擔保比較好？還是我和老公兩人都擔保?  老公擔保的話填864a嗎？

-You file I-864 as the joint sponsor and your spouse files I-864A as your dpendent. Your father alos needs to file another I-864 as the sponsor.

他算sponsor(我爸)的子女？

-He is your family member and he agrees you to use his income by filing I-864A.

（因為沒有son-in-law這個選項。我爸和我們住一起，但是報稅的時候沒有把我爸寫作dependent. 衷心感謝8老師的幫助！！
