請問8老師，我父母綠卡,去年10月回國，原本計劃3月回來。可是因為疫情計劃取消。現在已經超過6個月。請問，他們什麽時候必須回來？

-They must return to US before their stay in China reaches one year (Oct. 2020).

需要申請什麽手續嗎？-No.

他們人在中國，隻能在中國申請吧？謝謝！
