請教8老師，我父母申請移民，我母親兩次FBI背景調查時打指紋都失敗了，由於指紋不清楚。-USCIS may ask your mom to provide the non-criminal record (i.e. police clearance certificate) from both China and US later due to fingerprinting failure.
我想請問兩個問題：
1）我母親原來有10年多次往返的B2簽證，萬一485申請不成功，她還能用B2簽證來美國看我媽？-Probably it may have a problem to use B2 visa again due to immigrant intent.
2）我父親是主申請，我媽媽是副申請，有可能主申請批準了，副申請被拒了的可能嗎？還是要拒一起拒？-If their green card applicaitons were sponsored by you, these two cases are irrelevant to each other, i.e. they are not 主申請 and 副申請, so not affect each other.
