請問老師，

我母親今年春天到美，11月I94即將過期，想申請延期再住半年（80歲往返一趟不容易），才發現B2簽證在8月過期了，請問這種情況還可以申請延期嗎？請老師解答，非常感謝！

-Yes, file the I-539 application for B2 extension now befor the I-94 expiration. The B2 visa stamp expiration does not matter to the B2 status extension.
