I-864 RFE 問題請教8老師
最近給自己的母親申請綠卡，算上自己的兩個kids 和spouse, 填寫的household 是5. 用的是個人的income. 結果收到的RFE：based on the documents submitted, we could not determine that the pertitioning sponsor on Form I-864, Affdidavit of support is qualified. If the petitioning sponsor's income does not meet, you must obtain a joint sponsor and complete I-864A.
我個人當前收入和2024退稅收入大於125%， 交了2024 年的W2, IRS tax return transcripts.
1. 當時沒交最近6月的pay stub(當前收入大於2024). 也忘記了2024 年的有一點利息的1099 表， 這個可以補上。
2. 當時沒有填寫2023， 2022 的收入，在16b,16c 欄留了空白。猜測是不是這個必須填寫？所以才收到了RFE.
3. 我現在打算把2022， 2023 的收入都補上，並且附帶W2, 1099和return transcripts， 這樣對嗎？
4. 我2022 年當時隻工作了兩個月，收入遠遠不夠125% 的線， 所以我當時怕不行就沒填。1) 是否需要添加配偶作為joint sponsor? 這樣就需要再填一個I-864 A 表， 合報收入大於貧困線。2) 還是說我可以寫一個cover letter 解釋一下我當時生小孩所以隻工作了兩個月，希望他們看我的當前收入和2024 的退稅上是可以超過貧困線的。請問，哪一種方法更好更清楚？
