You need to file I-90 to get the replacement with the corrected category code as soon as possible. You had better not travel abroad until you get the corrected green card.
If you have to travel abroad before you get the corrected green card, e.g., in emergency, then you need to take your valid passport, your current Green Card, and the receipt notice for your filed Form I-90 with you when you travel.
