老公是主申請人，i-140加快辦理通過了，現在在等485排期，可能還要等兩年。
我因為與女兒(成人了)，有爭執，孩子叫警察，之後我被逮撲。我被offense charged (also specify status number) disorderly conduct。
事件的第二天，女兒打電話給相關部門，希望drop case;法庭協調部門說要給我dismissed with diversionary programs;我沒有接受，告訴協調部門，我希望找律師谘詢，法庭協調部我要下周帶律師過去。
1,如果我未來和法庭協商，能drop case,這種情況對我移民通過的影響?
2，如果我dismissed with diversionary programs，with no guilty, 這種情況對移民的影響?
3，如果我dismissed with diversionary programs，with guilty,這種情況對移民的影響?
4，其他更重的判決，對我的影響?
5，如果判決對我不利，我在這兩年中，還有其他補救措施嗎?

- If the Case Isn’t Dropped: If the state attorney chooses to move forward with the case, since this is a first time offense, they will usually offer a diversion program (like counseling, classes, or community service). If the offender completes the program successfully and doesn’t receive any new charges during that time, there will be no conviction, and their criminal record will remain clean. However, if the offender doesn’t complete the program properly or gets another charge, then a conviction will go on their record.
