8老師您好，我想請教H4身份與F1身份轉換期間有Gap是否存在任何風險。
背景：H4配偶已經遞交H4 -> F1 COS並收到I797 approval notice， 假設797顯示F1身份開始日期為8/30。假設H1B持有者工作將於8/1終止。請問：
- H4持有者是否可以用grace period來度過其中的Gap？可否不必離境？
-If your H-4 I-94 does not expire before your F-1 is effective on August 30, you can stay in US legally during the gap period of time even if your spouse (H-1 holder) lose the job.
If your H-4 I-94 expires before F-1 is effective, technically you need to leave US and get the F-1 visa to come back.
- 若不離境，H4配偶期間是否屬於無合法身份，隻是允許停留？-See above.
-- 在現在的政策環境下有任何風險？-Do not see a problem.
-- 目前來看，對未來綠卡申請是否會造成任何影響？-No.
- 傳聞最近有給H1B被revoked的人發NTA的情況。H1B持有者是否應該和現雇主討論，試圖讓現任雇主推遲遞交H1B revocation。
