這種證明很難開。我妹夫的單位已經倒閉20多年了 沒有啥組織活動。開不了退黨證明 怎麽能讓簽證官相信 他是黨員身份就掛個名?簽證官口頭上說 需要證明長期沒有參加活動，書麵上鉤的是要提供終止黨員身份證明。退黨很難，隻能證明多年沒有參與活動。如果簽證官不認可這個證明 還有其他方式可以試一試嗎？
-He may try to get a letter from his Party Branch Secretary (or another his Party group member if the he cannot get it from the Secretary) addressing that he did not participate in the Party activities and not pay the Party membership fee since xxxx year (e.g., 2019, etc.), so he was considered quitting the Party since that year based on the Party Regulations。 Please note that "since xxxx year" should be the same as that in his statement (be consistent).
