８老師您好！我的媽媽２０１5年拿到綠卡，２０１９前疫情之前總是每年在國內呆３個月就回美。 ２０１９年到２０２４年一直在美國住，２０２４年６月２２號回國。２０２２在美查出癌症，目前還在國內治療。
１）如果我媽媽在２０２５年６月２２號之前回美，入海關是否有問題？
-It should be fine, but possibly she may be requested to explain it to the immigration officer at the port of entry why she stay in China for more than 6 months. Bring the medical illness diagnosis and treatment proof from the doctor/hospital.
２）如我媽媽在２０２５年６月２２號之後回美，入海關是否有問題？
-There may be trouble, especially the United States are very strict on green card holders to overstay outside US recently. So, I strongly suggest her to return to US before July if possible.
３）本來打算我回國８月初把媽媽接回來，但是很擔心媽媽在中國呆了一年多後入境困難，
