她十幾年前來美國讀大學和碩士財會專業。 後找工作抽簽拿工簽一路比較順利。 前一階段有抑鬱症狀被家庭醫生抗抑鬱藥物治療。治療個把月後聯係以前的美國上司（離開了這個公司）轉工作到這位曾經合作良好的上司手下繼續工作。 目前綠卡排期還有幾個月就到了。 已經有工簽。 忽然治療藥物的副作用發生轉而引起躁狂。 不聽上司的話而且完成工作有困難了。 上司不了解情況讓她不要來上班了。
我們特別著急。 一方麵聯係醫生趕緊換藥或減量， 一方麵希望和上司溝通一下以實情相告，希望取得諒解休病假不拿工資以保身份。 父母目前已經來美國幫助。 我們萬分焦慮。
大家有什麽方法以保住她在申請的綠卡。 我們覺得她經過治療後應該不會有太大問題。
-She needs to discuss it with her employer (her supervisor and HR) to keep her job. She may take sick vacation. If the employer keep her job and continue to sponsor the immigration petition (I-130), she will be fine. Anyway, talk to the supervisor and HR politely, peacefully and nicely. Get a letter from her Doctor to explain her illness and the side effects of the medicine and present the letter to her supervisor and HR. Hopelly, her supervisor and employer understand her.
