在廣州已經經曆兩輪麵簽被拒， 第一次是2020年1月21日，簽證官對一切都滿意，但是我沒有offer letter，他說回去研究， 然後是疫情，對中國幾乎所有簽證停辦，第二次是2023年12月 19日，簽證官沒要offer letter， 但是讓交一份非常詳細的簡曆做administrative processing, 按照您的建議，我沒有找律師，自己準備並遞交。2025年1月23日，通知我們交新的體檢報告和警方證明及護照到中信銀行。我先生和我前兩次體檢都被要求做痰檢，這至少需要等兩個月才出結果。鑒於我們這種情況，老師認為我們需要做什麽準備來麵對可能的麵簽？

如果免麵簽，一個人在中國等待幫助一家三口人遞交並帶回綠卡，其他兩個人體檢之後回加拿大照常工作，把綠卡寄回中國辦理簽證，這樣是否可行？
-You and your family members including the kid in Canada had better file DS 260 together and go for the interview at the same time in the US Consulate in Guangzhou. If your kid cannot go for the interview with you in the schedule appointment in the US Consulate in Guangzhou, he can request reschedule of the appointment. Thus, he does not need to wait until you get your green card because he does not need to follow to join later which takes a longer time.
