您好，我們案子在NVC MONTREAL, 申請人一共四個，（其中一個孩子因在美讀博，還沒有提交DS260，在猶豫是否作為follow to join). 其他三個包括擔保人文件accepted. 是否移民官會先document qualify 三個呢。是否另外一個的狀態必須在follow to join 才可能開始審閱其他三人to document qualify them.
