我目前是持H4身份加國出生的美國國際學生 父母H1身份但已經提交EB類485AOS並且剛剛拿到EAD和AP的COMBO卡 可能還要排一到兩年才能拿到綠卡 請教以下問題
1. 我現在大三 暑假七月就21歲了 好像不能再用附屬H-4身份了.
我可以從H4轉成F1身份嗎？

如果轉了的話 F-1是非移民身份狀態和我目前的AOS pending的移民狀態/移民傾向有衝突嗎？
還有萬一父母的485被拒 我還可以繼續用F1讀書 對嗎?
-If your change of status to F-1 is approved, of course you can continue to studay as F-1 student. If your I-485 is pending, you can still continue to study with AOS after you turn 21 years old (not need F-1 status).
2。如果不轉的話，隻用AOS有什麽風險
